Thanks for the kind words and for documenting the evening! It is true that the ‘MG’ thing has become a scary term, but if we look at it as simply the basic understanding of how cooking works- what happens when you cook an egg, bake a cake, or yes, make strawberry pearls- it becomes liberating.

At the end of the day, however, it’s all about the satisfaction of, as you say, doing something with your hands, and best of all, sharing that pleasure with others.
